Imagine Independence – case study

Client: Imagine Independence, a Liverpool-based mental health charity working across the UK, providing personalised support to over 2,000 people a year.
Objectives:
It was a time of change for Imagine Independence. A new CEO had been appointed and the organisation was taking a new corporate direction. Knowledge and understanding of the Imagine Independence brand had been on the decline. A new brand and a new image were needed to take the mental health charity forward to its next phase.
What we did:
Hough Bellis researched and created a new brand for the charity, in line with its new strategic direction:
- We prepared by holding a strategic brand session with the leadership team.
- We consulted by working with stakeholders to develop a new brand which would suit the organisation.
- We developed and implemented the new brand, and also created a new website and opened up new social media channels.
Results:
The new brand look has been implemented, and lively new social media channels are up and running. Brand recognition has improved dramatically and Imagine is now leading on a number of regional and national campaigns.
